Above Average writing and communication skills.
Available a minimum of 5 hours a week with the ability to meet deadlines
Computer and social media savvy
Fast internet, reliable wifi, and a modern computer & cell phone (flip phones and slow computers won’t cut it in this work)
Reliable, self-motivated and ambitious
Want to be part of a woman-owned start up company and a community of bright, motivated and highly-skilled stay at home parents.
A stay-at-home parent is defined as a parent who is at home with their young children full-time.
Freedom: Sparents are independent contractors, and so you get to decide which projects you take or don’t take, and you decide when and where you will do the work. Maybe when the when the kids are napping, or 2am when the house is quiet, or mornings when the kids are in school? At your local coffee shop? It’s up to you!
Fair Pay: Fees are variable depending on the project, but we never pay below $20/hr. That is our self-imposed “minimum wage”. :)
Top Talent: All work is virtual and done using cloud based applications. We encourage you to communicate directly with the client, and to bring all of your skills, experience and resources to problem solve, innovate and provide our clients with the top level service that they expect. We want clients to see you as a partner in the success of their business, not just an interchangeable virtual assistant.
